Airport bus to train - Bus at JFK and LGA airport (look for one that says Jamaica RR station for about $10.00. From there take the Long Island Railroad at Jamaica station to Bellport or Patchogue for about $15.00 each way.  Taxi from Patchogue station to Bellport $15.00

note: taxis are waiting automatically at each arrival in Patchogue. Note that there are far fewer trains stopping at Bellport and taxi service needs to be pre-arranged.
